Gabby Wings, an initiative of the Gabby Petito Foundation, offers a series of programs aimed at preventing domestic abuse and educating communities, youth, professionals, and more. Each program is carefully designed to promote key prevention messages while providing essential support and education at all levels.

    Unseen Advocates

    Our first responder training equips professionals with the skills to respond to domestic violence situations with trauma-informed care, ensuring victims receive compassionate and effective support. This training enhances critical decision-making, promotes collaboration, and strengthens overall response efforts.

    Coordinated Community Response

    Coming Soon!!! Our Coordinated Community Response (CCR) Training highlights the importance of a CCR in your community and provides guidance on how to establish one. Learn how collaboration, information sharing, and streamlined services enhance victim safety and overall community well-being.

    Predominant/Primary Aggressor: Understanding the Dynamics of Domestic Violence

    Coming Soon!!! This course examines domestic violence dynamics, teaching participants to identify the dominant aggressor and interpret victim behavior and body language for a more accurate response.

    Strangulation

    Coming Soon!!! Strangulation training equips you with the tools to identify signs and symptoms, understand investigations and documentation, and develop a coordinated response for victims. It's an essential resource, especially when paired with our Unseen Advocates training.

    All trainings can be customized to fit within conference session formats and time frames.

Unseen Advocates Training

  • Unseen Advocate Training is now available in person, with a virtual training option coming soon. This multidisciplinary training is designed for professionals who may encounter victims and survivors of domestic violence, stalking, and related forms of abuse through their work, including: EMTs and paramedics, 911 dispatchers and communications professionals, Law enforcement, Attorneys, Judges and court professionals, Victim advocates, First responders, Medical and healthcare professionals, Social service professionals, Multidisciplinary teams and other community professionals.

  • We also work directly with agencies and organizations to identify and pursue appropriate continuing education and professional development credits for participating professionals.

  • 4-Hour Training

    Equip first responders with essential knowledge and skills to effectively respond to domestic violence incidents.
