This course aims to equip Fire & EMS personnel with a comprehensive understanding of domestic violence dynamics and effective response strategies, identify affected individuals, and learn crucial skills such as effective communication, ensuring scene safety, recognizing signs and symptoms of strangulation, and delivering trauma-informed care to victims.
